Supermarket Shopping Tips

Ever returned home from the supermarket and found that you bought certain foods you didn’t plan on, such as cookies, chips or ice cream?? Try to shop when you’re not hungry, you’ll be less likely to make impulse purchases on unhealthy snack foods. Also, do your best to shop only in the perimeter of the supermarket…this is where the majority of the nutritious, unprocessed foods are: fresh produce, meat, dairy, etc.
