Melissa attended Johnson & Wales University so she could pursue a degree to possibly help fulfill her dream of opening a restaurant. Soon thereafter Melissa realized she was more interested in educating people about healthful eating than the logistics of owning an establishment. Melissa graduated from Johnson & Wales with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition. Soon thereafter, Melissa sought and secured a spot in the Combined Dietetic Internship/Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion Program from Simmons College. Melissa completed her 900 hour internship and passed the American Dietetic Association's national examination in 2004 to become a Registered Dietitian; Melissa graduated with distinction from the program in 2005 with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion.

Heather Calcote is a Registered Dietitian, Marathoner and blogger. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, nutrition educator, writer and experienced Sports Nutritionist. You can find her documenting daily nutrition & training adventures on her site, DietitianontheRun.com. Heather has a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University, and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Maryland in 2009. Heather's interest in Nutrition is rooted in her family; between a Physician and a Teacher/Runner/Health, Heather grew up on the right stuff. Georgie Fear, owner of AskGeorgie.com, is a Registered Dietitian and New Jersey native. She received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and completed her dietetic internship and clinical training at Cornell University. Her cookbook Dig In has become a wildly popular resource for health-minded individuals since it's debut in 2009. Georgie currently works as Sports Nutritionist for Rutgers University Athletics, and teaches fitness and nutrition classes at the university and other medical establishments around New Jersey. A lifelong athlete, Georgie is a marathon runner, triathlete, and avid rock climber. Her educational style is science-based, informative, and full of practical tips that work in the real world. She specializes in nutrition for sports performance, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and healthy cooking.
Janice Dada is the owner and principal dietitian of SoCal Nutrition & Wellness (http://www.socalnw.com/), a private nutrition practice and consulting company geared toward promoting healthy eating, physically active lifestyles and overall wellness. Janice is a Registered Dietitian (RD), a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Further, Janice is trained in Childhood/Adolescent Weight Management and received a certificate of training through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She attended the University of California at Davis where she received a Bachelor of Science in nutritional biochemistry with a minor in exercise physiology. In addition, Janice completed a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Diana Young is a registered dietitian and diabetes educator that has worked with many clients using the internet, email, and social media to help them achieve their weight, blood sugar, and overall health goals. Diana believes menu planning is the cornerstone of any successful weight loss program and has often been referred to as "The Menu Coach". She specializes in creating menus that are fast, easy, budget friendly and individualized to her client's needs. Diana is the dietitian of a popular healthy living social media website. She has served as Chief Clinical Dietitian and Diabetes Educator for various hospitals and facilities including Florida Hospital and Medical City Dallas Hospital. She has consulted extensively with Palm-Aire Spa Resort, Pritikin Longevity Center and Nutri-System. Her education includes graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a B.S. Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Diana also has a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Psychology and currently is working on her Master's Degree in Counseling. She is a member of The American Dietetic Association, The American Diabetes Association and The American Association of Diabetes Educators.
